This is our schedule (we’ve already booked flights, car, and airbnbs) - feel free to copy and modify to your own schedule and time. Def give yourself some time to rest and get to the venue/wedding if you’re driving. Latest in maui should be April 26th morning/afternoon.

Game plan

April 23rd - 27th
Arrive to Maui, rent car, airbnb in Kihei, chill around, explore Maui and do a little wedding related stuff

April 27th
Check-out of Airbnb, buy drinks, snacks etc and head our way onto Hana road to Hana-Maui Resort (Check-in is around 3pm).

Once arrive and settled in, hang with whoever thats staying at the resort, wedding rehearsal, and last min decor set up

April 28th
Wedding day!

April 29th
Check-out of Hana-Maui Resort (Check-out time at 12pm), and start heading back to main area to 2nd airbnb (that we booked for 29th-May 1st).

May 1st
check-out of airbnb, return rental car, and fly to Honolulu

May 1st-5th
spend remaining time in Honolulu and fly home to NYC on the 5th
